Usually, LED lamps are not standard with light sources, and you can purchase light sources in the local market. If you need to configure the light source, contact customer service to confirm.

Yes, our design team will show the proportional relationship among people, space, and lamps on the drawings.

The fixed divider screen needs to be embedded and reinforced, and it should be implemented in advance after the screen design scheme is determined.

Large chandeliers must be embedded and reinforced for safety. We provide professional reinforcement drawings to guide this work, which should be implemented in advance after determining the chandelier design.

For customized chandeliers, we also customize wooden boxes with different thicknesses and densities according to the product’s weight to ensure safe packaging.

Yes, many chandeliers, wall lamps, desk lamps, and floor lamps in our existing cases are matching sets. If you want a matching design, we have the capability to achieve it.

The warranty period for lamps is 3 years, and for lamps with light sources, it is 1 year. If the lamp is broken, we will teach you how to repair it or send you parts. If the light source is broken, you can include the light source in your next order or purchase it locally.

Before shipment, we will check each product and take pictures and videos for you to confirm. We also welcome third parties or other agents invited by customers to inspect the goods in our factory.

The factory maintains about 50-55 people, with 10 designers, including 5 scheme designers and 3 structural designers.

This is a challenging customization job, and in past cases, we have successfully completed multiple such projects, including giant chandeliers. The process involves detailed steps:

  1. Understand in great detail the impact of concepts on construction projects and what goals need to be achieved.
  2. Understand the conditions of the building, such as interior space size, ceiling structure, and interior design style.
  3. Conceive shapes, colors, lights, materials, accessories, etc., through hand drawings or preliminary drawings to show more specific concepts. This may require multiple confirmations.
  4. Combine the building 3D model with the customized chandelier 3D model, simulating the actual scene, and consider factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, and temperature for data in the next design phase.
  5. Deepen the installation of embedded drawings, considering building structure and safety.
  6. Deepen the design of all structures and details, lighting, and accessories for long-term use.
  7. Start production, quality control, and transportation.
  8. Prepare and install equipment and personnel in advance, and install them step by step according to drawing requirements.
  9. Testing and debugging.

The package is divided into five layers:

  1. The foundation is a transportation support plate to facilitate transportation and loading/unloading.
  2. The second layer uses wooden boxes or wooden frame boxes to resist external forces.
  3. The third layer is a five-layer carton.
  4. The fourth layer uses foam.
  5. The fifth layer is kept clean and tidy with transparent plastic bags.

For excellent customized chandelier projects, especially large-scale lighting customization projects, many multi-dimensional factors need consideration. These include the comfort of the chandelier’s height, style and color matching with the interior, process advantages and disadvantages, detailed structure design, and modeling proportions. These require more costs to ensure high quality and service, avoiding the use of inferior materials and vicious price competition.

The factory follows different steps to control quality, from the initial design to the selection of materials, followed by the strict inspection of semi-finished products. The final product is also inspected by quality inspectors.

Yes, samples are charged at cost, depending on size and other requirements. Usually, samples can be made in 3-15 days.

In addition to providing detailed installation drawings, some styles are relatively complex, so we also provide installation video tutorials. 1:1 size drawings are more convenient for positioning, and the installation work is the simplest and saves costs. We can provide on-site guidance on installation work for an extra cost.
